Those pictures I promised on Twitter last night.

Remember last night when I was like, “I promise I’ll upload pictures of my outfit tomorrow” or whatever? Well. Here they are. I took a million more (naturally), but whatevs — you guys don’t need to see that many pictures of me, ha. And since I know a bunch of you are going to start asking where I got all of the different pieces of my outfit from, I’ll break it down for you here.
Outfit Break-Down
- Silver Top: H&M ($29.99)
- Skinny Jeans: Future Favorites ($49.99)
- Black Jacket: BCBG Max Azria ($300)
- Red Heels: BCBG Max Azria ($79.99)
- Red Lingerie: Frederick’s of Hollywood ($80)
- Cross Necklace: Guess ($39.99)
- Belt: Guess ($70)
- Zebra Ring: Amazon ($70)
- Silver Watch: Bulova ($399)
- Black Watch: Wet Seal ($7.99 — yes, I’m wearing two watches)
- Silver Earrings: Macy’s ($12)
Yes, I realize how expensive everything is altogether, but that’s like, pretty much my wardrobe. I won’t buy something unless I really want it, or unless I feel it really contributes to my personal lookbook. Which means, I didn’t buy everything above all at once, so if you’re looking at those prices and going, “OHMYGOD”, know that I spread out a lot of those purchases over a lengthy period of time. … Probably.
And it’s not like I go shopping every single day (seriously). I haven’t gone shopping in a really long time, actually — too busy with work, and I have tons of clothes as it is. Er, well, I did pick up a few things from BCBG this past weekend when I was feeling stressed out.
Also, don’t go thinking I’m high-maintenance, please.
I’m really not.
I think I was at one point because I thought being high-maintenance was “cool” or something, but I’m over that. My current wardrobe is just a side-effect of wanting to look nice 24/7, but that doesn’t mean you won’t find me lounging around in pajamas with my hair up and no makeup on.
Example:
The picture above is me while working. I don’t run around looking like a diva all day, ha. I’m actually pretty scrubby for the most part. Dressing up takes a lot of time!
That said, if you like my makeup in the first few pictures and want me to do a tutorial … No. The answer is no. I just don’t have time to do makeup tutorials anymore, ladies. I’m so sorry. I can always break down a look for you if you want into the various steps I’ve taken to craft it, but as for video tutorials, I really don’t have the time to edit that shit together. I appreciate you girls so much, though, and if I can help just by illustrating a blog with steps, I’m happy to! It’s what I did before I did makeup tutorials anyway, heh.
Hope you enjoyed!
